Never knew how much CLAYGO would also apply in working with my bike! So I just found some metal shavings inside the float bowls of my brand new set of Premier 932 carburetors. I usually just install carbs straight out of the box without any issues at all, but this time its different, fuel poured out of one immediately. Lesson learned, clean every tool, parts and even the bike itself before installing stuff. My bike now runs smooth even on idle.

Exactly, never trust "out of the box" to mean clean or ready. Manufacturers should know better, but here we are, good thing you caught it early enough cos it could've led to way bigger problems
