Modded Norton frame ideas Commando, swingarm swaps

I've been bouncing around some ideas for a modded Norton build and thought I'd throw it out there to pick your brains a bit.

So, I'm thinking of kicking things off with a Commando frame since it already has that sweet rear Isolastics setup. Has anyone here tried swapping out the swingarm? I've heard that a swingarm from a '70s YZ or a similar Yamaha dirt bike might do the trick, but I'm really curious about what experiences you all have had, how did it fit?

Yeah, its been done....YZ swingarms can work on a Commando frame, but it aint a straight fit. Youll have to tweak the pivot and maybe mess with alignment and shock mounts a bit. Could be a solid mod if you're handy with fabrication.
